At Born Health and Wellness, we are committed to providing you with quality medical care. Currently, our clinic operates on a cash-only basis for all office visits. We understand the importance of insurance coverage and encourage our patients to explore the option of filing claims for visits, laboratory tests, and specific prescribed medications with their insurance providers independently.
We aim to make your experience at Born Health and Wellness as smooth and convenient as possible. While we cannot guarantee a successful outcome, we can provide you with documentation to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. We recommend contacting your insurance company directly to inquire about coverage and guidance on the claims process. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept patients who currently have Medicare or Medicaid coverage due to government regulations.
